I'm sorry to break this to the herd. In archaic usage the word dress, when applied to an animal, generally means to prepare the subject animal for either food or sacrifice. Abraham or the young man are going to whack the cow that is the subject of your referenced passage.

I was the first recruit into this mystery cult, and happliy, it's first defector.
The prof and I were equals. But he came to the belief that the cowhood of all fakeclub brothers was essential.
it started off as an amusement with my brother the Prof, or as he came to call himself, "mable, " but then it became far to real, far to fast.
some of the lowerlings followed along, changing their avatars and adding mable to whatever they posted, and when it started getting that serious, i left.
it got so bad, even X-odox, Saberyte, Krypto, and Celeb-Hunter were carried off by his delusions.
it is almost as bad as it was years ago with hijak.
alas, the mods, shadow and doink are on their side too. one wonder's why they haven't changed their own avatars.

Erm no mable, you sported the cow to annoy me, with my brilliant mind I came up with a plan and decided to encourage others to sport the cow purely to get you to stop.
